1. About these terms

These terms apply to all sessions and services offered by Chosen Path — Marcela Morena Martins (“we”, “us”). By booking a session you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the services — important notice

All services offered (Shamanic Energy Medicine, Reiki Healing, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage) are complementary wellness and personal development practices. They are not medical or psychological treatment, do not diagnose, cure, or prevent any illness, and are never a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you have — or suspect you have — a health condition, always consult your doctor. Never stop or change prescribed treatment on the basis of our sessions.

3. Booking & cancellation

Sessions are booked by email or through the booking options on this website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. [Cancellation fee policy — to be confirmed.]

4. Prices & payment

All prices are stated clearly before booking, in DKK and including any applicable taxes. There are no hidden costs. [Payment methods — to be confirmed.]

5. Your responsibility

Please inform us before a session of any physical or psychological conditions that may be relevant (e.g. pregnancy, recent surgery, ongoing treatment). Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

6. Liability

We are only liable in accordance with the general rules of Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses.

7. Complaints & governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, including the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven). If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first at marcela@chosenpath.dk. As a consumer you may also file a complaint with the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute (Nævnenes Hus / Forbrugerklagenævnet).
