2. What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us, and only for clearly defined purposes:

• Contact & booking (email): name, email address, and the content of your message — used solely to answer your enquiry and arrange sessions. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• Newsletter / free resources: name and email address — used only to send the content you requested. Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via an unticked checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Session notes: brief practical notes may be kept to provide a consistent course of sessions. They are never shared.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies only after you have given consent through the cookie banner. Necessary cookies are used for basic site functionality; optional cookies (statistics) are only set if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your data. Data is only shared with processors necessary to run this website (hosting and email providers) under data processing agreements, and only within the framework of the GDPR.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by Danish law (e.g. accounting records are kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
