When life becomes too much for your body to carry

Perhaps you know the feeling of losing connection to your body when tasks and the demands of life become too much. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a deep and meditative form of bodywork that invites your nervous system to let go of accumulated tension and stress — and rediscover the body as a place of safety, presence, and aliveness.

This is not a typical massage. It combines deep tissue massage, passive yoga stretches, breathwork, and acupressure — creating a holistic experience that works on the physical, energetic, and emotional layers of your being simultaneously.

Sessions last 90–120 minutes. You wear comfortable clothing throughout, and the work is tailored to your body’s unique needs on the day.

The Practice

A conversation with the body — without words.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is an embodied, restorative treatment where touch and breath guide you back into your body. Deep-tissue work, passive yoga stretches and conscious breathing meet in one continuous, meditative flow.

It is not about fixing you. It is about creating a safe space where your nervous system can finally soften — and remember how it feels to be held.

The Flow of Your Session

Ninety unhurried minutes where nothing is asked of you.

Arrival & settling

You stay in comfortable clothing throughout. We begin slowly, letting your breath lengthen and your body arrive.

The bodywork

Deep-tissue massage, passive yoga stretches, breathwork and gentle acupressure weave together, tailored to what your body needs that day.

Rest & integration

We close in stillness, giving your nervous system time to absorb the change before you step back into your day.

Ancient Wisdom · Modern Rest

Your body already knows how to rest.

When touch is slow, attuned and safe, the nervous system steps out of survival mode. Muscles that have braced for years begin to let go, and the breath deepens on its own.

This is ancient bodywork meeting what science now confirms: safety is felt in the body first. Given the right conditions, your system remembers its own way back to balance — you only have to receive it.
