A Journey Through the Body
Since 2009, I have been exploring and experiencing the connection between body, mind and energy. With Brazilian roots and a life shaped across cultures, I have gained a deeper understanding of identity, belonging and the patterns we carry. Through years of training, learning from different traditions and hands-on experience, I have gradually developed the foundation of my therapeutic practice.
Through years of training and practice, I have developed an integrative approach combining bodywork, conscious movement, somatic methods and ancestral wisdom. Drawing on Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki and Shamanic Energy Medicine, I support people in recognising the patterns they carry, reconnecting with their inner resources and finding greater freedom through compassionate curiosity.
